EMU School Age Centre Inc is hiring a Child Care Assistant. This is a permanent 35+ hours per week **split shift** position.

Hours are Monday to Friday:
7:00am - 10:00am & 2:00pm - 6:00pm; And 9:00am - 6:00pm on school in-services and all breaks

We are open year round, located in École Margaret Underhill in Transcona.
- CCA classification from province of Manitoba
- Excellent organizational skills
- Have good written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, highly motivated, enthusiastic, and flexible
- Open to learning about planning and implementing emergent and inclusive based play experiences that are developmentally appropriate
- Display a high level of professionalism
- Strong, positive behaviour management skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Nurturing, caring and creative
- The ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- The ability to work in partnership with families
- A current First aid and CPR certificate level C

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $13.50-$16.05 per hour
