**Overview**
- Reporting to the Shop Supervisor, the CNC Machine Operator is responsible for all aspects of programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine to produce the product. _

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- _Extremely detail oriented, strong problem solving_
- _Completion of documentation: inspection reports, timesheets, non-conformance reports, machine, and work area event reporting; maintenance request forms daily time sheets_
- _Parts finishing (deburring) of work-in-process product where required._
- _Loading and unloading of parts from machines_
- _Participation in improvement activities related to the machine and/or machine area._
- _Coordinate with other departments_
- _Performs related duties as required._

**Qualifications & Experience**
- _Experience in operation of CNC machining equipment_
- _Industrial Shop Experience_
- _Good reading and math skills required; capable of completing assigned tasks from written/verbal instruction_
- _Basic blueprint reading capabilities and experience using a wide variety of precision measuring instruments_
- _Good verbal/written communication skills, positive attitude, ability to demonstrate an effort to make improvements to job-related processes_
- _Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, changing environment._
- _Computer Skills_
- _Training on CNC Drill Line and Robotic Plasma Cutting Line._
- _Good attention to detail and results oriented_
- _Strong sense of teamwork._
- _Valid Driver’s License_
