Shipper/receiver

Responsibilities:

- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy of contents and checking for any damages
- Unload and load trucks using a forklift or other equipment
- Sort, label, and inventory items in the warehouse according to established procedures
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper packaging and labeling
- Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
- Help to maintain inventory accuracy
- Other facility duties as required
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a shipping/receiving or warehouse role preferred
- Previous forklift experience, operators will be facility trained
- Ability to perform physical tasks from time to time
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Clear handwriting
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

- Forklift: 3 years (required)
