**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming office areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and break rooms to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and meeting rooms.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep of equipment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient use.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in cleaning or commercial cleaning preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used in office environments.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Good communication skills to interact with staff and management effectively.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols in the workplace.
