Articulated Arm Cmm

**Summary**:
The incumbent will be responsible for day -to
- day operation of the Articulated Arm/Laser Tracker (PCMM) to ensure the best quality product is delivered to a customer in a timely manner.
**Terms**:
Permanent, full-time position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create programs/sequences to effectively measure different products
- Ensure the product passes certification test or process inspection
- Prepare reports to describe studies and prepare documents and layouts
- Keep the equipment and the workstation clean at all times for most accurate results
- Perform project work, while adhering to deadlines, as required
- Other related duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Experience operating Milling machine, Surface grinder, Drill press, Hand tools and Precision instruments
- Ability to read a blueprint and GD&T interpretations
- Strong organizational and workload planning skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Previous experience operating a CMM/Portable measuring equipment is preferred
- Ability/willing to travel out of the country for work requirements
- A valid passport and driver’s license is a must
- Flexible schedule, ability to work over the weekends is a must
- Knowledge/experience in Polyworks, Nikon Metrology, CAMIO Software is a definite asset
