**General Scope of Responsibilities**:
Under the direction of the Production Team Supervisor, the Production worker is responsible for processing products through efficient and safe use of the manufacturing equipment during his/her shift.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Sewing various types of fabrics (cotton, polyester, nylon) and/or leather
- Sewing straight or curved stich lines.
- Basic clamper (sewing) machine operation.
- Ensure productivity quotas are met or exceeded on an hourly basis.
- Helping out with the assembly line from time to time
- Cleaning and maintaining work areas and equipment.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in a manufacturing factory is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and high-tolerance for repetitive work task
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure to meet hourly targets
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Strong team player
- Ability to adapt new equipment and procedures

**40 hours per week**
