**Job Requirements**:

- Must be able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Strong communication and customer service skills necessary.
- Prior fuel industry experience a plus.
- Must be able to make effective decisions.
- Position requires availability for “on-call” rotation.
- Must have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Good knowledge of Ontario and Michigan Geography.
- Customer service experience required.
- Professional driving or fleet dispatching experience is an asset.

**Job Summary**:

- Book, schedule and dispatch trucks as per hours of service.
- Track & Trace shipment to ensure the well conduct of the operation.
- Communicate and assign trips to drivers.
- Coordinate shipments and records for cross-border travel.
- Prepare all necessary documentation for customs.
- Data entry of shipment in the software.
- Any other task requested for the well conduct of the operation.

**Daily Duties**:

- Take incoming customer calls
- Schedule and coordinate all orders as they are received
- Dispatch drivers
- Communicate with supervisor and ops manager throughout the day
- Maintain dispatch board/schedule
- Pre-enter all sales orders and check for accuracy
- Other duties as assigned
