**Kiosk Associate**
- Winnipeg’s one and only thermal spa is hiring for the holiday season Thermëa by Nordik Spa-Nature will call CF Polo Park, St. Vital Shopping Centre, Kildonan Placed Shopping Centre and a seasonal boutique at the spa home-away-from-home this winter. Join our team as a kiosk agent from Nov. 13th to December 30th, 2024. Discover our winter and wellness wonderland and benefit from free spa access for the duration of your employment.**Description of duties**:

- Provide guests with information about spa services and products
- Identify customer's needs
- Creates sales opportunities
- Sell gift certificates and merchandise, with a focus on upselling
- Maintain heavy customer traffic
- Open and close the kiosk
- Follow all company policies and brand standards
- Perform other related duties

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma;
- One-year experience in customer service;
- Experience in sales
- Available for a minimum of 2 shifts/week over term of employment
- Comfortable with a computer and Microsoft software

- Professional and collaborative attitude
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Demonstrate a high level of aptitude in MS Office and is adept at learning new technologies

**Work Schedule & Locations**:
Full-time and Part-time schedules available - days, evenings, and weekends.- Applicants must be available from October 28 to December 30.**Benefits**
