Purpose

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Operations Managers in managing and scheduling of guards.
- Draft/Amend Security protocols and procedures when required.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient security operations.
- Act as the point of contact for employees
- Ensure training is provided to perform job safely and effectively.
- Initiate or follow-up on investigations or occurrences on the property as directed by the Manager. Make corrective recommendations.
- Monitor alarm, telephones, and CCTV camera systems.
- When applicable, manage reception, greeting visitors/deliveries, scheduling meeting.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skill
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Security in condominium experience is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $41,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
