**About the Job**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Respond to customer technical inquiries efficiently, professionally and confidently.
- Develop detailed automation system quotations by interpreting customer technical needs and coordinating with internal resources (e.g., Sales, Application Engineering, Product Specialists).
- Prioritize incoming requests, escalating issues when appropriate.
- Build and maintain a high level of knowledge of Beckhoff products and related technologies.
- Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s or Technologist degree in Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent education and experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Understanding of industrial automation hardware and software.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
- Ability to manage high-stress situations while maintaining professionalism.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information to customers in team meetings.
