We are currently hiring experienced **Structural Fitters** to join our growing team in Calgary. Positions are available for both our **day shift** and **evening shift**. As a key member of our Fabrication Division, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality steel components that power some of Canada’s biggest projects.

**Available Shifts**:

- **Day Shift**: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- **Evening Shift**: Monday to Thursday, 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM _(includes evening shift premium)_

**What You’ll Do**:

- Interpret blueprints and welding specs accurately
- Fit and assemble structural steel using GMAW, FCAW, and SMAW processes
- Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain welds to meet high quality standards
- Collaborate with the fabrication team to meet production goals
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe workplace

**What You Bring**:

- Proficiency in blueprint reading and layout
- Hands-on experience with GMAW, FCAW, and SMAW welding methods
- Competency operating material handling equipment (cranes, forklifts)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive team attitude and solid communication skills
