Malcolm Excavating is a local family owned company. We are looking to expand our team, and require an experienced Stone Slinger Operator.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Safely operate a slinger truck to transport and deliver materials to job sites in a timely manner
- Load and unload materials using the slinger truck's conveyor belt system
- Inspect the slinger truck before and after each trip and report any maintenance issues or concerns to the supervisor
- Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while operating the slinger truck
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and hours worked
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and clients to ensure efficient delivery of materials
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site

**Requirements**:

- Valid Class AZ or Class DZ commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Experience operating a slinger truck or similar equipment
- Strong understanding of trucking regulations and safety standards
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a variety of weather conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and a focus on safety
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
