Dishwasher

**Overview**:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Collect, clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment and ensure proper storage.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors regularly, as well as maintaining cleanliness and organization of storage areas.
- Assist the kitchen team with preparing take out packages and assembling food for patrons.
- Ensure that all food handling and safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- You possess a strong work ethic.
- You thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- You have some restaurant/kitchen experience.
- You may be interested in kick-starting a culinary career.
- You have excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
