**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Media Manager to elevate our online presence and engage our community. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends and content creation, particularly video production. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing our media strategy, showcasing our unique offerings, and fostering connections with our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging video content and eye-catching social media posts that reflect our brand values.
- Manage and grow our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Collaborate with the team to promote in-store events, new arrivals, and special promotions.
- Analyze engagement metrics and adapt strategies to maximize reach and impact.
- Respond to comments and messages in a personable and timely manner, enhancing customer interaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in social media management and video content creation.
- Proficient in video editing software and graphic design tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of inclusive fashion and body positivity.

On-call sales associate

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and personable On-Call Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service and support our team during peak times. This role is essential for creating a welcoming atmosphere and assisting customers in finding their perfect pieces.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in navigating the store.
- Provide personalized styling advice and support to customers of all sizes.
- Maintain the store’s appearance, including organizing racks and ensuring a tidy environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Engage with customers on social media, sharing their stories and promoting inclusivity.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Passion for fashion, body positivity, and sustainability.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
