The Supply Chain Coordinator reports directly to the Order Fulfillment Manager and plays a critical role in managing BOLD’s inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. This role requires knowledge of working in an ERP system, Dynamics 365 Business Central, as well as driving the adoption of Just-In-Time (JIT) inventory management practices to reduce costs and ensure product freshness.

This role will leverage strong analytical, communication, and ERP skills to ensure smooth coordination between inventory management, manufacturing scheduling, and supply chain policies, ensuring BOLD’s operations are cost-effective, efficient, and aligned with market demands.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods in Dynamics 365 ERP, ensuring alignment with production schedules and operational efficiency
- Support MRP/MPS planning and develop reorder limits to maintain Just-In-Time (JIT) inventory levels and minimize carrying costs
- Drive the integration and optimization of Dynamics 365 ERP across inventory, procurement, and production scheduling functions
- Analyze supply chain data to provide actionable insights that reduce waste, improve margins, and enhance inventory control
- Oversee the full procurement cycle—from forecasting and purchase order creation to supplier negotiation and invoice reconciliation
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely material supply, adherence to budgets, and compliance with quality standards
- Coordinate with the Warehouse Coordinator on organization, stock rotation, and physical inventory accuracy
- Assist in the procurement and coordination of materials for new product launches, including packaging components
- Maintain strong product knowledge across all BOLD SKUs to support accurate procurement and inventory management
- Work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and training sessions to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications and Expectations**:

- 2+ years’ experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management (cannabis or CPG experience is an asset)
- 2+ years’ Experience with Dynamics 365 ERP software is required
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Solid team player who promotes a culture of professionalism, integrity, quality, and teamwork
- Must demonstrate initiative and be detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Drivers license or reliable form of transportation

**Work Conditions**
- Monday to Friday, 8 hour shifts during the day
- Some evening and weekends as required
