**DON’S PHOTO -** **Photo Lab Associate (Full Time)**:
**Be a Storyteller**: As a Team Member, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with guests on their printing and imaging projects. Each guest has a unique story; bringing them to life is a very rewarding experience.

**Photo Lab Associate**:The Photo Lab Associate is responsible for assisting in production of all Photo Lab services while maintaining a high level of quality and service standards. Duties include:

- Perform dry mounting of photographs, prints, and other artworks using heat press and roller laminators.
- Maintaining equipment under the direction of the Photo Lab Manager.
- Select appropriate mounting and finishing materials, including matboards, backing boards, and laminates.
- Handle prints and photographic materials with care to prevent damage or contamination.
- Ensure timely completion of orders with a focus on quality and detail.

**Have Mad “Rock Star Level” Skills**:

- Prior experience in dry mounting and custom photo/art framing preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Manual dexterity and ability to work with precision tools and equipment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, listening and interpersonal skills

**Physical Job Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and handle large pieces of artwork or framing materials (20-40 pounds).
- Ability to stand for extensive periods of time

Pay: $16.00-$17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
