**Job Title: Interlock Foreman**

**Full Time: 6:30am-5pm, Monday to Friday. $25.00 - $30.00/hr.**

*The hours may be fluid due to the nature of the industry during the busy season.

**Job Tasks Include**:

- Material Loading & Offloading (Up to 50lbs repeatedly)
- Installation of but not limited too:

- Interlock Patios
- Driveways
- Walkways
- Steps etc.
- Retaining Walls
- Water Features
- Outdoor Kitchens
- Fire Features
- Brick Pillars
- Amor Stone & Stone Steps as Needed
- Maintaining a clean job site
- Full Proper Clean Up’s at end of each day
- Maintaining a clean vehicle
- Run Site Meetings with Crew
- Have Morning Agenda Meetings (Daily Goals)
- Circle Checks
- Ensure they are Complete at Beginning and End of Day
- Make sure Crew is Accounted for and Off to Jobsites on time every morning
- Enforce the 6:30 Start time and 5:00 pm (on site) start and end times
- LMN Clock in and Out
- Proper LMN Job Time Tracking
- Daily Communication with Office and Project Coordinator
- Collection and Submission of Receipts to your Specified Station
- Follow Through on any Paperwork Left at your Specified Station
- Ordering of your own Material if needed
- Handling of Change Orders with Customers if Necessary
- Enforcement of Company Employment Handbook as well as the Health & Safety Handbook
- Communication with Customers
- handle issues with customer and make sure it is communicated with appropriate person in office
- Delegation of Tasks
- Efficiently Run Job Site

- Ability to Operate Machinery such as Excavator or Skidsteer

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
