**Proshop Attendant**

The Pro Shop Attendant is at the heart of Bloomington Downs Golf Club’s golf activities and offerings and serves as a home base for our guests to book tee times and lessons, and Range supplies.

Our Golf Shop Attendant takes pride in maintaining the pro shop to create a memorable first impression and serves as the liaison for all golf services, products, and information in the pro shop. Willing to work with aspiring PGA Professionals.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist with golfer check-in and fee collection; control and manage pace of play

Answer phones and book tee times

Perform all opening and closing procedures

Assist the Director of Operations with merchandising and inventory control

Maintain knowledge of all merchandise stocked in the Golf Shop

Actively sell and promote all merchandise stocked in the Golf Shop

Conduct oneself in a professional and courteous manner

Maintain a professional image

Basic computer skills a must

**Qualifications**:
You have a noticeably outgoing, friendly personality and upbeat attitude.

You are a self-starter and can work well independently, but also take direction and work as a team-player

You take pride in your work and are committed to do things the right way because shortcuts do not serve excellence

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work cohesively with other teammates and with little supervision

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal

**Salary**: $15.50-$20.00 per hour

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Richmond Hill, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
