**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform a variety of aesthetic services, including facials, lasers, body contouring.
- Provide expert advice on skincare products and routines to help clients achieve their beauty goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all sanitation and safety protocols.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Assist with retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive environment focused on hospitality and guest services.
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
- Experience in retail sales is preferred; ability to promote products confidently.
- A commitment to providing outstanding guest services in a professional manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.87-$25.83 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
