**About Us**: MedPros is a healthcare management business that provides management and billing support to a variety of clinics in Ontario.

As an in-office Medical Office Administrator (MOA), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of a variety of our managed clinics. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with admin duties at assigned managed clinics
- Performing day-to-day MOA tasks and duties for family medicine clinics
- Working with a variety of EMRs including Accuro, Oscar, Telus and Avaros
- Supporting office management in a variety of admin and clinical tasks
- Assisting with reporting
- Handling inquiries and phone calls
- Other tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum one (1) year of MOA experience in a walk-in clinic or family practice clinic.
- Experience with a variety of EMRs including Oscar, Accuro, Telus, and Avaros.
- Must have own reliable transportation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Schedule**:

- Full-Time or Part-Time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Ontario Medical Office (MOA): 2 years (required)
- Ontario EMR: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- G License (required)
- Class G Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
