I'm looking to expand my company and seeking talent that wants to be part of something with real upward trajectory.

DXO Developments focuses on residential projects such as deck builds, additions, and renovations. There's a lot of work to be done, and that's where you come in.

If you have a keen eye, like to keep your posts plumb, your cuts straight, your angles clean, and have creativity and can figure things out yourself without being babysat, you're perfect for the job.

**Schedule**:

- **Monday-Friday**, 8:30-4:30 (8hr)

**Requirements**:

- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- Personal vehicle
- 4+ years of residential construction experience
- All basic carpentry tools (Belt, Hammer, Tape, Square, Nailbar, Chalk line etc.)
- Personal safety equipment (Steel/Composite toe boots, Eye Protection, Ear Protection)
- Talent, knowledge, and the ability to bring about quality results
- Red Seal not necessary but welcomed
- Personal power tools not required but welcomed
- Young, healthy guy with lots of energy

**Expectations & Responsibilities**:

- Capability of digging holes, making forms, mixing & pouring concrete, setting post saddles
- Beam, post, joist, and rafter cutting, leveling, and installation
- Deck board layout, design, and installation
- Hanger installation
- Confident abilities and safe usage of impacts, drills, sawzalls, circular saws, miter saws, and table saws
- Knowledge of angles, squaring, and stair tread cutting
- Standard 2x6 & 2x4 framing layout and installation knowledge
- Cutting & installation of plywood, drywall, and flooring
- Ability to effectively listen to instructions, but also to self-direct and instruct others toward desired outcomes
- Strength in working with other carpenters and subcontractors toward the finished product
- Be a decent, well put-together guy
