**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through personalized attention and activities
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and team members regarding children's progress and needs
- Maintain accurate records of student development, attendance, and classroom activities
- Incorporate special education strategies when working with children with disabilities or additional needs
- Utilize computer skills to document assessments, prepare educational materials, and manage classroom data
- Manage classroom routines efficiently, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills
- Lead by example in demonstrating leadership qualities while working collaboratively with colleagues
- Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with licensing requirements and best practices

**Experience**
- Prior experience working with children in early childhood settings or similar environments is preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles, child development stages, and teaching methodologies
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is advantageous
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for effective interaction with children, parents, and staff
- Demonstrated classroom experience that showcases leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Familiarity with computer operation for documentation, lesson planning, and communication purposes

Pay: $19.00-$31.12 per hour
