Fully accredited by Accreditation Canada since 1974, our commitment to excellence and safety is unsurpassed. **Job Summary**:Reporting to the Facility Support Manager, the Hairdresser provides hairdressing services to Residents residing at Ocean View in the Beauty Salon. Occasionally the Hairdresser may provide service to residents on the Neighbourhoods. **Qualifications**: - Graduate of a recognized Hairdressing Program - Holds a valid Nova Scotia Masters Hairdressing License - Good interpersonal skills - Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular and consistent basis - Oral and written communication skills - Proficiency with MS Office an asset - Experience with Point of Sales systems as asset **Ocean View Continuing Care Centre Offers**: - Free Parking & on Bus Route - Comprehensive Benefits Package - Comprehensive Orientation - A supportive work environment **Salary Range**: In accordance with current collective agreement between Ocean View Continuing Care Centre and C.U.P.E.
