**TORONTO BEACH CLUB** is currently hiring **BOTTLE SERVICE SERVERS** to join our Front of House team

**TORONTO BEACH CLUB** is a new and exciting restaurant concept by Toronto’s Scale Hospitality Group (Shook, Lapinou, The Miller Tavern, The Wheatsheaf Tavern). Located at Woodbine Beach, **TORONTO BEACH CLUB** is a true expression of the Mediterranean, through its colourful menu and thoughtful décor. Designed as the ultimate culinary and entertainment hot spot, the club boasts one of Toronto’s most scenic, elevated dining experiences, alongside a coveted roster of late-night performers and DJs.

The **BOTTLE SERVICE SERVER **is responsible for providing specialized and engaging customer service for guests who order an entire bottle of wine or liquor. In this role, you make suggestions to guests on drink selection, pour and mix drinks at their table, and take orders for food and additional beverages. The **BOTTLE SERVICE SERVER **leads in delightful conversation and creates the restaurant experience by their style and service attributes.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Genuine is the best; a memorable dining experience is always the focus, created by the art of service
- Knowledge is power; answer questions about food, beverage, bottle service and other restaurant functions and services; explain/romance the menu concept and style
- Anticipate guest needs; replenish mise en place, refill glasses, fold napkins, stay on top of table maintenance
- Respect; no request is too difficult; teamwork makes the dreamwork
- Work safely; monitor the cleanliness of your section and ensure all material and areas are safe and free from clutter

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 2+ years minimum experience as a server in a fast-paced environment
- 1+ years minimum of experience as a bottler service server or equivalent position.
- A positive, energetic outlook and a passion for food and beverage
- A strong sense of urgency to satisfy the needs of others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
