- Part Time
- **This position will need a responsible, collaborative individual with high energy and a passion for delivering superior customer service to families of all ages.**_

**General Accountabilities**
- Greet and welcome customers, instruct customers to sign waivers online and finish the purchase of the admission.
- Comply with the job duties, safety and sanitization procedures and company policies.
- Using the POS system and handling money.
- Troubleshoot any work-related problems.
- Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
- Effectively address clients' concerns and complaints immediately.
- Supporting the daily operations of the Sky Castle and Mini Town, including facilities and machines maintenance and safety.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the facility, including but not limited to play structures, kitchen area, restaurant sitting area, washrooms, and general areas of the facilities at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe environment for kids to play
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

**Job Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Childcare certificates, reception and administrative practices-related experience would be assets
