**The Opportunity**

As a **General Labourer** at Kilborn Roofing, you’ll be a key part of our field operations team. You’ll support experienced roofers, help prepare job sites, and ensure materials and tools are ready for each day’s work.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on, outdoor work, takes pride in a job well done, and wants to grow within a trusted name in Saskatchewan’s construction industry. Whether you have experience or are just starting out, we’ll give you the training and support to succeed.

**What You’ll Do**
- Assist roofers and foremen with daily tasks on residential and commercial job sites.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Prepare and clean up job sites before, during, and after projects.
- Move roofing materials onto roofs using lifts or manually.
- Operate hand tools, basic power tools, and equipment under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety protocols and wear required protective gear.

**What You Bring**
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights.
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset — reliability is key.
- Previous construction or roofing experience is an asset, but not required.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
- Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
