Night Front Desk Agent

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations
- Handle guest check-outs efficiently
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Assist with guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
**Skills**:
- Experience in front desk operations or customer service preferred
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling phone systems
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of guest services and hospitality industry practices
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
Pay: $18.00-$20.50 per hour
Additional pay:
- Overtime pay
