**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support pharmacists in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the efficient operation of the pharmacy. You will be responsible for assisting with medication administration, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for healthcare and a desire to contribute to patient well-being.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of medication administration and patient profiles.
- Manage inventory by ordering, receiving, and restocking medications and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and safety protocols.
- Support the pharmacy team in daily operations, including cleaning and organizing the workspace.
- Utilize medical terminology effectively to communicate with healthcare professionals.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of medication administration and medical terminology is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and staff effectively.
- Familiarity with hospital settings or pharmacy technician duties is a plus.
- Must be able to pass any required background checks or screenings as mandated by the employer.
