Job Summary
**Responsibilities**:
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to ensure high-quality customer service
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products
- Create and maintain a visually appealing store environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional manner
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and performance feedback
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee schedules
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Experience
- Proven experience in store management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of cashiering procedures and basic administrative tasks
