We are currently looking for new team members to join our day and afternoon shifts.
- **Day Shift**: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM
- **
Afternoon Shift**: Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM (**includes $0.50/hr. shift premium)**
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following**:

- Move portion meat products from conveyor belt into various packaging including vacuum film and boxes.
- Portion diced meat by weighing the meat and packaging the meat into a bag/tray and/or placing the meat into a vacuum machine
- Move meat product with a cart/pan from one area to another.
- Distribute meat with gloved hands from the cart to the conveyor belt.
- Place meat from a cart/pan to the injectors, vacuum machine, and or tumbler.
- Place meat on a rack/box.
- Verify the weight of meat or vegetable products by weighing them on a scale.
- Take finished product packaged in a bag and seal the bag with a hand sealer machine.
- Sort product and ensure package integrity
Demonstrate the ability to work as a team and follow directions.
- Adherence to all quality and safety guidelines.
- Performs other duties, as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Basic mathematical skills
- Able to work in a cool environment (we mean that both ways
- we're awesome and our plant is kept at a cool 2-4-degree temperature)
- Ability to comply with strict sanitation processes and all safety procedures
- Able to stand for long stretches during shift times
- Able to help with general cleanup and other tasks as assigned
- comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
