Maintenance/Summer Student
Full Time

We are currently looking for one (1)
student for our Maintenance department.
in the day-to-day functions of the
department, as well be responsible for
maintaining the grounds of the facility,
including weeding and grass cutting, litter
collection, and maintaining the overall
aesthetics of all outdoor spaces.

This will be accomplished through active
employee involvement, continuous
training, and development, as well as a
commitment to compliance with policies,
procedures, and standards.

Qualifications:

- Ability to provide regular attendance.
- Responsible, organized, self-directed

and motivated.
- Bilingual in French and English is an

asset.
- Previous experience with lawn

equipment, or groundskeeping is
considered an asset.
- Ability to perform manual labor,

including lifting up to 50 pounds is
required.
- Driver’s license preferred.

Requirement:
(a)is between 15 and 30 years of age (inclusive)
at the start of employment;
(b) was registered as a full-time student during
the preceding academic year;
(c) intends to return to school on a full-time
basis during the next academic year;
(d) is a student in a secondary, post-secondary,
CEGEP (Quebec only), vocational or technical
program;
(e) is a Canadian Citizen, permanent resident, or
person on whom refugee protection has been
conferred under the Immigration and Refugee
Protection Act* and;
(f) is legally entitled to work according to the
relevant provincial / territorial legislation and
regulations
