Breakfast Attendant

**Salary**: $16.00 per hour

Food Preparation and Monitoring of the buffet and Coffee Station. Responsible for preparing and warming the breakfast food in accordance with Safe Food Handling and serving it to the buffet. The food must be monitored for correct temperature and also to ensure that adequate supply of food is out on the buffet. Ensuring the Cleaning Tasks are completed. Clean and tidy the pantry and seating area daily with at least one deep clean of the kitchen every month. Collaboration with the Management. The Kitchen Attendant is expected to be Positive and High Energy, Proactive, Resolution focused, Highly Self Directed and takes initiative to ask questions when in need of clarification.

Safe Food handling certificate is an asset. Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
