Personal Lines Ribo Customer Service Representative

Our organization requires a RIBO-licensed Personal Lines Customer Service Representative for our busy Insurance Brokerage.
M. Edward Powell Insurance Brokers Ltd., is a family-operated organization servicing all of Ontario with personal, commercial, and financial insurance advice. Opened in 1954 by Mr. and Mrs. Edward Powell, our brokerage has grown into a multi-product operation with long-term employees.
- **Your duties**:_ Maintain your RIBO license and continued educational hours. Be customer focused and provide professional insurance advice to clients. Review renewals, counsel payments issues, complete policy change inquires, and be exceptional at documenting the customer file after your conversation. Help customer understand the claims process and intervene when needed.
A strong knowledge of computers, the Microsoft programs rounds out the qualities we seek in our new team member.
The preferred individual has a RIBO license, prior experience in the insurance industry, enjoys a team environment and understands the needs of today's general insurance consumer. We offer our staff a hybrid working environment. If you chose to work from home, you must have a secured space within your dwelling to set up your office. All customer's personal information must be locked up and shredded.
