The Opportunity

The Production and QA Full -Time position is responsible for supporting production in the hatchery and for specific QA duties and will back up the QA responsibilities when needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Breakout/Taping
- Candling
- Back up QA:

- Microbiology sampling
- Labeling sampling plates & fluff gathering
- Egg quality
- Paperwork/Data Entry
- Coordinate Moisture Loss testing
- Chick Box Count
- Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
- Must understand and follow all HACCP/Biosecurity procedures
- Proven ability in current position (attendance included)
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Able to work in hot environment for extended periods
- Able to work in tight closed in spaces
- Proven team player
- Computer experience
- Must be capable of lifting/pushing 30 - 50 lbs. repetitively
- Able to work various hours before/after hatch as required, including Wednesdays
