The role is responsible for management and support of internal systems (policy/claims management software, industry software, workflow management tools, etc.) and understanding business requirements to provide solutions that enhance the company’s efficiency and effectiveness. The IT Systems Administrator works closely with Senior staff and Leadership to understand technology needs, business problems, and to educate staff on how to effectively use the tools available to them. They plan and carry out exciting, complex assignments independently and in cross-functional teams and develop new methods and approaches in a wide variety of IT specialties. They evaluate new and enhanced approaches to deliver IT services; test and optimize the functionality of systems, networks, and data; and define technical requirements.
