TCU Place is looking for some dedicated and professional Client Services Attendants to support the busy activity in our Box Office. Under the direction of the Client Services Sales Coordinator, the Client Services Attendant performs a variety of customer service duties, and, as required, business services and administrative duties. This is a part-time position where staff are scheduled for events that can occur during daytime hours, evenings, and weekends. This role is perfect for flexible schedules with varying availability with a focus on daytime requirements.

**responsibilities**:

- Provides administrative support for self-created events, including mailings, invoice preparation etc.
- Assists with show set-up and group sales
- Sells tickets and prepares bi-weekly deposits.
- Responds to telephone enquiries and assists with client requests.
- Assists casual client services attendants on weekends or when supervisor is not available
- Responds to customer requests for faxing, photocopying, printing, and courier services
- Files a variety of documents etc.
- Maintains the lost and found inventory
- Assists customers with locating meeting rooms.
- Performs other related duties as assigned

**security requirements**
- Acceptable current Criminal Record Check (CRC) upon offer of employment.

**qualifications**
- Grade 12 education.
- Two years' related experience working in the hospitality industry, conference, convention centre or theatre industry including experience with high volume ticketing systems and cash-handling.
- Successful completion of a recognized customer-service training course or applicable experience.
