Hook Restaurant is looking for a night lead cook to join our team and perform a variety of duties including:
**Prepare food in accordance with Hook Restaurant standards and procedures.**
- **Stocking station prior to service**:

- **Leading closes**:

- **Checking food quality**:

- **Training new staff**:

- **Ensuring food safety/handling**:

- **receiving seafood**:

- **Working Sautee/ grill station**

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
