As an **Apprentice Installer**, you'll gain hands-on experience working alongside our seasoned professionals, learning the ins and outs of window and door installations. **Responsibilities**:

- Assist our experienced installer in the installation of windows and doors in various settings, including homes, offices, and other commercial properties. Get ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the world of precise measurements, leveling, and flawless finishes.
- Learn to interpret blueprints, specifications, and building codes to ensure accurate and code-compliant installations. You'll develop a keen eye for detail, ensuring every project meets the highest quality standards.
- Master the use of hand and power tools, honing your skills to become a proficient installer. From drills and saws to levels and measuring tapes, you'll build your toolkit and learn to handle each tool with precision and care.
- Collaborate with our installation team, exchanging knowledge and ideas to continuously improve installation techniques and efficiency. Together, we'll raise the bar and exceed customer expectations.
- Embrace safety protocols and best practices, making safety your top priority on every job site. You'll learn to identify potential hazards, implement safety measures, and create a secure environment for yourself and others.

**Requirements**:

- A burning desire to learn and grow in the construction industry, specifically in windows and doors installations. No prior experience is necessary; we'll provide the training and mentorship you need to succeed.
- Strong manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude. You're comfortable working with your hands and enjoy solving puzzles and technical challenges.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions. Our projects can be demanding, but the sense of accomplishment is worth it
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn from experienced professionals. We're seeking individuals who are eager to soak up knowledge, ask questions, and actively participate in their own development.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic. Punctuality, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering quality work are essential traits we value in our team members.
- Effective communication skills. You'll collaborate with a diverse team, interact with customers, and follow instructions accurately, so clear and concise communication is key.
