**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated Team Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The Team Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and lead a team of employees
- Train new team members on company policies and procedures
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Manage inventory, including ordering and restocking products
- Create employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve and exceed performance goals.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members, ensuring top-quality service delivery.
- Monitor and manage daily operations, addressing any issues that arise in the field.
- Work alongside the team in the field, setting an example and ensuring high standards are maintained.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, including sales targets.
- Facilitate ongoing training and development for team members to enhance their technical and sales skills.
- Coordinate with management to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Occasionally perform supervisory duties remotely, ensuring continued oversight of team activities.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in management or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the telecom or automation industry.
- Strong technical background, with hands-on experience in telecom or automation solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and achieve targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- French (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Calgary, AB T2A 6C9
