**Responsibilities**
- Conduct regular **interior and exterior patrols** of client sites.
- **Respond promptly and professionally** to incidents and emergencies.
- Complete detailed **daily logs, incident reports, and timesheets**.
- Maintain positive relationships with **residents, visitors, and staff**.
- **Control access** to properties and monitor security systems.
- **Safeguard sensitive information** and uphold privacy standards.

**Requirements**:
**Must Have**:

- Valid **Ontario Security Guard License**:

- Current **First Aid/CPR Certification**:

- Minimum **2 years of professional security experience**

**Preferred Assets**:

- Experience working in a **shelter or residential environment**:

- **Use of Force Certification**:

- **Valid driver’s license** and reliable transportation

- Can work **independently** and knows when to escalate issues.
- Treats every interaction as **customer service** — safety starts with respect.

- Takes **pride in your appearance, integrity, and professionalism**.
