We are recruiting for FULL-TIME Supervisors to join our team

**What you'll do**:
You're a people person who cares about your Team Members as people and individuals.
You greet and welcome guests with your warm, friendly nature... it is your job to get them to smile : )
You prepare coffee, delicious cold beverages, baked goods, breakfast/lunch items and prepare other food
You're the role model for great behaviour and following standards.
You sweat the small stuff, show care for the restaurant, and treat it like its your own.
You make the tough calls... they won't always be the right ones but you'll learn from each and every one.
You promote the goals and targets of the restaurant, whether its speed of service, guest satisfaction, employee engagement, or upselling.
You communicate clear expectations and make achieving these goals fun

Accurately and with attention to detail - no one likes their coffee made wrong
Friendly and outgoing - you're easily able to talk and interact with the guests...with a smile of course
Quickly and with energy... no joke, the job is SUPER fast paced

**Shift Types**:
Days (between 5am-4pm)
Afternoons (between 12pm-12am)

**REQUIREMENTS**:
2 years Food Service or Retail Experience
Availability to work both days and afternoons preferred
Strong work ethic with the curiousity to learn, grow and ask questions
Experience leading a team is considered an asset
