The Opportunity
MOBIA is currently recruiting a Project Manager to join our team remotely. This role is dynamic for a driven professional with strong leadership skills and a customer-focused approach. You will ensure the successful execution of projects, delivering consistent, on-time results of the highest quality.
**As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in**:

- Managing customer satisfaction.
- Overseeing project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
- Planning, monitoring, and documenting all project phases.
- Delivering results using a traditional waterfall project management approach, ideal for telecom-related projects.

This position emphasizes resource, task, budget/material, and vendor management. A technical aptitude and background in the Telco Voice/ISP/Broadband network space will be essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of telecom technical projects, ranging from small-scale initiatives to large, complex builds or commissioning projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including scope statements, delivery schedules, resource allocation, communication plans, goals, milestones, and deadlines.
- Track project stages, mitigate risks, and escalate roadblocks as necessary.
- Coordinate and oversee all tasks required to initiate, execute, and close projects.
- Provide detailed project documentation, reporting, and follow-up for internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular customer meetings and maintain consistent communication with all team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ensure completed projects meet specifications and are thoroughly documented.
- Monitor project budgets, track material costs, and ensure compliance with invoice and financial forecasting requirements.

Skills and Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Science, or Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, or Implementation Management.
- Leadership experience and team coaching skills are an asset.
- Experience managing projects using Waterfall methodology
- Technical aptitude in the telecom industry are definite assets
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including schedules and budgets.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite and the ability to quickly learn new software.
- Ability to travel as required.
- PMP certification is an asset.
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
