**Duties**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
- Build relationship with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining the visual presentation of the store, ensuring it is inviting, well-organized and clean.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.

**Skills**
- Available to work Tuesday-Saturdays
- Interest in skateboarding or willingness to learn
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, enabling clear and persuasive conversations.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- A “can-do” attitude
- Reliability
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 20 - 37.5 per week
