**Night Auditor**

HYATT house is an extended-stay, residential-style hotel that aims to provide individual travelers with the feel of a modern condominium. The 135 room property offers the comforts of home such as fully equipped kitchens, flat panel HDTVs and free high-speed internet access. The public space features facilities such as a pool, a fitness center and a business center. A full breakfast every morning and an evening social on weekday evenings are complimentary to guests. HYATT house properties are located in urban, airport and suburban locations and can accommodate small corporate meetings and corporate clients seeking to place their employees on extended assignment.

The Night Auditor contributes to the hotel's commitment to high quality guest service and teamwork and must be the kind of person who appreciates high standards of excellence. The Night Auditor is responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work as well as all Guest Host functions during the overnight shift.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following**:

- Assists guests with check in and check out processes (verifying registration, address and credit information, balancing bank, posting charges). Go above and beyond to provide assistance, assist with luggage, coffee, directions, wake up calls, future reservations, etc.
- Coordinates all guest requests, informs guests of hotel services, features, and room amenities.
- Prepare, set up, stock, take down, clean, and provide quality beverages and food products consistently for all guests by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Uses suggestive selling techniques.
- Run nightly reports

**Qualifications**:

- Oracle experience
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Must be able to multi-task
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight
- Requires strong command of the English language to include speaking, reading and

**Salary**: $13.00-$14.00 per hour
