**About the roles**

The Social Media Coordinator is a creative and strategic role that shapes and drives M3’s digital presence across corporate events, internal initiatives, and brand visibility campaigns. This individual will play a key role in increasing awareness of M3 and its subsidiaries by developing engaging, authentic, and value-aligned social media content. The position blends storytelling, event coverage, and community management in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Keys responsabilities**
- **Content Creation & Scheduling**: Design, write, and publish compelling content (text, images, videos, stories) across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote strategic initiatives, events, and partnerships, while showcasing the value of our brands.
- **Brand Storytelling**: Share the stories of M3, our brokers, and our innovative solutions through authentic and engaging content.
- **Community Engagement**: Monitor platforms, respond to interactions, and foster engagement within our ecosystem of brokers, partners, and collaborators.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure that all published content adheres to industry regulations and internal guidelines (e.g., AMF, OSFI).
- **Performance Analysis**: Track key performance indicators (engagement, reach, clicks, conversions) using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Hootsuite, and recommend optimizations.
- **Event Coverage**: Capture and share real-time content (live posts, behind-the-scenes, photos/videos) during internal and external events.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team, event organizers, brand reps, and other departments such as IT or customer support.
- **Trendwatching & Innovation**: Stay ahead of social media trends, suggest innovative ideas, introduce relevant tools, and provide internal guidance or training.
- **Personalized Content**: Humanize our brands by showcasing community involvement, broker highlights, and inspiring success stories from across the network.

**The must haves**
- University or college degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience managing social media in a corporate, event-based, or regulated industry (financial services, insurance, mortgage).
- Solid command of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube) and their best practices.
- Strong ability to create original, engaging content, including writing, photography, and video.
- Proficiency with tools such as Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
- Ability to analyze performance data (engagement, reach, clicks, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to financial communications (e.g., AMF, OSFI).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Full professional fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.
- Portfolio required demonstrating social, visual, or video content creation.
