**What will you work on?**

Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Trade Spend and Deductions Team Lead is a key role for the Trade Spend and Deductions Management team. The Team Lead will oversee the day-to-day activities of the department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency of all transactions related to trade spend and deductions. This individual will provide hands-on guidance and leadership to the team, assisting with complex issues and offering support to ensure high quality work.

**How will you create impact?**
- Lead, coach and mentor the Pricing Billing Analyst and Trade Spend Deduction Analysts
- Oversee daily trade spend and deduction activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing
- Provide hands-on support to team members to resolve complex or escalated issues
- Review/monitor A/R Aging Subledger to ensure timely clearing/resolution of deductions
- Identify root cause for deduction issues, opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices
- Prepare and present regular monthly KPI reports for Trade Spend and Deductions
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and with other cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Credit and Collections, etc.)
- Support the SAP upgrade project and continuous improvement/automation initiatives
- Support internal and external audit requests
- Perform ad hoc reports and other tasks/projects as assigned

**What are your skills and experience?**
- Experience in accounts receivable/trade spend and deductions management in a public company setting, preferably in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) Industry
- Experience in a supervisory capacity is preferred
- Experience with SAP is mandatory
- Experience with HighRadius is an asset
- Experience with Salesforce is an asset
- Strong computer literacy skills with Microsoft Office and advanced level Excel skill (pivots, v-lookups, and advanced formulas)
