Housekeeper (Part-time)

I am seeking a dependable, bondable and insurable individual to work in two homes and an office in Chesley to help with weekly cleaning and maintenance.

Duties will range from maintaining particular standards and delicate laundry to deep cleaning and overall general home organization support. All supplies and equipment will be supplied by myself. Trustworthiness, discretion and maturity is a must, this job requires individuals to work independently. All applicants will be screened and will require credible references.

Wages will be dependant on qualifications, willingness/ability to learn and perform various tasks. This job will provide up to thirty hours a week, hours will be set and agreed upon during the interview phase, they will not vary week to week.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
- Deep cleaning
- Organizing using self-judgement, including closets and wardrobes
- Laundry, according to instructions, including caring for delicates, preparing dry cleaning, folding, hanging and sorting
- Making beds
- Window washing, indoor and outdoors
- Dishes
- Cleaning of appliances, inside and out
- Working around electronics, dusting, cleaning screens etc
- Sweeping and tidying patios, sweeping and mopping garages
- Maintaining inventory lists of empty, low or required supplies, notifying myself of this
- Ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
- Working with others, coordinating jobs with others when necessary

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
