- Knowledge of dementia care and experience working with individuals with cognitive impairments
- Familiarity with assisted living or nursing home settings
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff members
- Ability to adapt activities to meet the needs and abilities of individual residents

As a Recreation Aide, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of senior residents by providing engaging recreational activities. This role requires compassion, patience, and the ability to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all residents.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.75-$21.66 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
