**Salary**: $55,000/year

**About Us**

WM&M is a well-established general contracting firm specializing in commercial and industrial construction projects across Prince Edward Island. With a strong reputation for quality workmanship and professional project delivery, we are looking to add a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support our project management team.

**Position Summary**

The Junior Project Manager will work closely with our Senior Project Managers to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and track submittals, RFI’s, and site instruction
- Support communication between field teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients
- Help ensure project documentation is organized and up to date
- Participate in site meetings and document action items and follow-ups
- Conduct periodic site visits to assist in project progress tracking if required
- Assist in the use of Bluebeam for document control and markup
- Other duties or projects as assigned from time to time.

**Key Competencies**
- Post-secondary education in Construction Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in construction or project coordination is an asset
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable using technology; experience with Bluebeam is an asset
- Valid driver’s license
