Breakfast Attendant

Breakfast Attendant is is responsible for preparing, cooking and replenishing the daily breakfast bar. Through offering exceptional service, ensuring guests of the hotel are comfortable and satisfied with their experience. The breakfast attendant must maintain a clean, safe and sanitary environment for our guests. Must be available for weekends and holidays.

Shifts Weekdays 530am to 11am

Weekends 630a to 12 noon

**Responsibilities**:
*Provide personalized service to all guests

*Responsible for setting up and maintaining the breakfast buffet as required by brand standards

*Follow menu requirements as provided by the band

*Preparing foods such as bacon, eggs, fresh fruit, breads, batters and coffee

*Setting up and take down of breakfast buffet

*Restocking items consistently throughout the breakfast hours of operations

*Cleaning and sanitizing tables and chairs as they are vacated

*Washing serving equipment and returning to storage

*General cleaning of hotels common areas lobby and stairwells mopping, dusting and window cleaning

*Function as a pleasant, hospitable host by greeting guests and offering assistance

*Must be able to speak, read write and understand the primary language used in the workplace and used by guests visiting the workplace

*Superior Guest Service skills

*Must possess Food Handler Certification
